Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

Impeding the sell of property

What is the legal term to describe a person that inhibits or obstructs the sale and marketability of another persons real estate? i.e. preventing access to property, that is for sale; posting 'no trespassing' signs adjacent to property; intimidating and harassing realtor while she was putting up her 'for sale' sign; calling realtor with threatening remarks; trespassing on property to steal water for their construction. Is there legal recourse?

You have a civil claim. It is called intentional interference with contract. Find an attorney.
