In Va, do I have any recourse against a

neighbor that, through neglect of their

propert, has caused mine to become

less valuable?

If it's merely the overall neglect of your neighbor's property, probably not.

(An action for private nuisance might be brought if there was something on the property which posed a palpable danger to yourself or others.)
