Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

My attorney has been suspended for 90 days; so he had to remove himself as my attorney and show me pro per. Before my attorney's suspension I informed my ex-wife that I did not want any child support from her and between the two of us we agreed I would sign the document. However my ex-wife came back and wanted me to include my mileage; which is not constant, but I said if this will get this matter resolved and we both go our separate ways I will include 1/3 of it ont he CS worksheet. So, 2 weeks before my attorneys suspension to take place he notified her attorney of our agreement. As of today, 3/31/11 I have heard nothing, should I make contact with her attorney? Since my attorney stated he will handle the Sipulation to modify the current support and that we would not need a hearing.

If you are not currently represented, you can contact her attorney to find out the status of the settlement and whether he will complete the documents if your attorney didn't.
