ran over by a golf cart at work

how or what dose a person do to sue another Employee

that ran over them with a golf cart? the police was called and a report was made the person said she done it but it was a Accident, she told me she was going to run me down but no body seen it or heard it / i know it is a workers com case and i have attorney for that. I want to sue the person that ran over me how or what do i do ? to get this person in court ? In the State of AZ.

As your workers' compensation attorney may have told you, negligence--even gross negligence--by a co-worker does not overcome the "exclusive remedy" rule. Workers' comp is probably all you're entitled to, even if you could prove that the co-worker intended to hit you (which as you said, you can't), because the law requires that she specifically intended to injure you. That's an almost impossible standard to meet.
