summons never recieved
my summons was never recieved and I might lose my case,because of this what steps do I take

If you mean you were never served as a defendant with the summons, then you have to file a motion to set aside default against you.
If you mean you never served a summons on a defendant you sued, then you'd better serve it and file proof before your case is dismissed.
