supressed and altred evidence,by4 chp officers

accused of felony hit and run. no witness of guilt, three witnesses of innocence, no crime scean photos, no victim photos, evidence found after car is in impound a week. photos altered, and proven so by photos taken by other officers at time of tow. car held as evidence destroyed before end of case, refusal of da and justice to dismiss.no reciept given, no body damage to match original claim of head on collision with bike. victim supposedly covered in blood, none on car. threats by chp in front of numerous witnesses, ''your going too prison where you belong''. reports written on 7-30-05 refer to ''witness statements made on 8-12-05'' It goes on and on. All claims are documented by chp reports and preliminary testimony of chp officer. trial date set for jan-06. car was impoundede on 8-12-05. I was not taken into custody until 8-24-05. in the interim time I called chp and reported another red car with front end damage and broken head lights on high way, less than 1 mile from accident. witnesses claimed to hear skidding tires, a thud and breaking glass. suspect wearing tan pants plaid shirt. I was wearing black pants and short sleeve silk print. 911 call came in at 7:04 pm, I was stopped at 8:20.5 people and phone record prove innocent

I suggest you find a good local attorney to represent you at trial, because you are facing serious jail time. IF your facts are provable, you at least have a defense to present.
