callers

Hello, people have been calling my home for a man who has not lived there for years. he has no connections to my family after a finalized divorce and a cut from all our assets. the phone bill is still registered to his name however and they insist he is here. They question me tirelessly on the phone, what are my rights and what can I do about it?
