Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I am not a minor. I had a romance with a man that I have met in a dating website.
I have found that his profile was not "accurate". He stated that he is devorce but he was married.
Did he violate any low? anything I can do about it?"

It was not signed under declaration of perjury and he did not break any law. People lie all of the time on dating websites and only the gullible believe everything they see on the sites.

If I were you, I would be more careful in the future about relationships started on the internet. Read "Anyone You Want Me to Be" by John Douglas for some pointers.
