Legal Question in Family Law in California
Im not on the birth certificate but i got a test done showing im the father, i pay her 400 a month on my own will and she wont let me see my daughter by myself. Now shes threatening to take me to court and take all my rights away which i dont have anyway it seems. Im pretty sure she has friends that are going to lie for her in the court room. What should i do?

You should file a paternity action to establish your parental rights.
Also, make sure any payments you are making voluntarily reference they are for child support if you pay by check or money order. If you pay her cash, make sure you get her to sign a receipt acknowledging you are giving her the money for support. This way, if she files before you and requests support, you get credit for all the payments you are making.
