Legal Question in Family Law in California
I got married 5 months ago to try to avoid legal punishment from a DUI i just got, i got maxed out on my punishment and now want to leave my wife who told me it would help out my case if i was married. I have been living with her only because i have nowhere else to go. I am in the military and was out of the house for 30 days right after we got married and now i have been in the same household but she has her room and i sleep on the couch. Can i get this annuled?

An annulment requires that you have legal grounds for the annulment, such a fraud. I dissolution is much easier and probably cheaper in any event. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
There are no grounds for annulment. Don't let too much time drag on before you get divorced. There are other ramifications that you might not be considering right now if you let this drag on.
