my x wife move to mexico with my son and the court paper to pay child support do i have to pay support if my x live and work in mex she owens a home there se i s a american and lived ther for 9 month from california

You should consult with your department of child support to determine if you still need to pay child support. Typically you do until the order tells you to stop. The child support might need to be modified if she loses her job or gets a new job and her cost of living is different in Mexico, thoes would contribute to a finding of lower or higher child support.
