car registration
how can a state trooper force you to
register your car in california? i'm
living in two residences (ca & az)
both of which are still in probate
court. i have had a california dl for
less than a year, i have not lived in
ca for a year, i have not worked or
paid taxes in ca.

Re: car registration
A police officer cannot force you to register your car in California. The officer can give you a citation for failure to properly register your car in California.
