harassment

A friend was approached by a male and with a hand around her shoulders asked her out for coffee. She refused. He reported her for her opening statement. How you doing sweetheart, which she uses all the time. She was written up. How can she fight this.

Harassment in the workplace, or anywhere for that matter, is a serious issue. As a result, there are certainly ways to combat this type of behavior.
