guadianship

my mother and stepfather have temp guardiaship of my son.

do i still have custody?what are my rights?and can i take,go,come as i please with him and have a say in his life? what do i need to do to get him back?

If the guardianship of your son, by your parents was ordered by the court, or other government agency, then Your child is under the Court's jurisdiction and authority. If that is the case, you must go to that Court and Agency to ask or Petition for return of your child.

If you merely signed a letter Agreement or Document, then you may have a lawyer prepare docs terminating your parent's guardianship, in the same way you gave the authority to them.

However, you must at all costs avoid disrupting your child's life in a way that an oversight agency could find is not in your child's "best interests."
