Dear Mina:

Please don't post your name and personal information on this forum -- as this is a public forum (not a private attorney-client correspondence).

I am a US immigration attorney, and if you require a legal advice or consultation, please email to schedule a telephone consultation.

Here, I can briefly asnwer your questions:

Yes, both permanent resident parents and your US citizen sister can petition for you. For parents' petition, you have to be single (unmarried).

However, you MUST go back to Egypt for a couple of years and wait for your visa priority date to become current. The US immigration law doesn't allow someone in your visa category to wait for a priority date within the USA after expiration of your B2 visa admission period (which is usually max of 6 months).

No, you can't stay and work in USA while waiting for your visa based on parents' petition.

The purpose of the B1/B2 visa is to visit only.

If you would like to request a confidential legal advice or schedule telephone or email consultation regarding your specific situation, please email me directly at Attorney @ law-visa-usa.com and I will send you a Questionnaire. Office Telephone line is 1-402-210-2040 (please EMAIL first to schedule a consultation appointment). I am an immigration attorney and work with clients from all States and globally.
