What can I do about this?

Hey,

I was hired as a Graphics Designer for a website which shortly after me working for them started infecting users with a Trojan Virus.

My name is now linked to them and the Virus issue and has effectively damaged my reputation and ability to find work elsewhere.

They knowingly kept their website active and allowed public access despite me bringing the virus situation to their attention and my eventual resignation.

Is there anything legally I can do?

The answers will depend on where they are, where they are hosted and other things. Unless you are willing to sue them, you usually won't be able to pressure them into paying your damages.
