Made a recorded agreement and wont give my jeep back

I gave my ex-girlfriend a jeep with the understanding that she would give it back by Nov. 29th 2004 this understanding is backed by a recorded agreement that she permitted me to record(also heard in the recording)and use if the rules of the agreement were not followed. Do I have a good case or am I just out of luck.

Based on the facts as you have provided, it sounds like you gave your girlfried a gift, which expires on November 29, 2004. Until then, I don't think there is anything that you can do. However, you may wish to consult a local attorney and provide them with all of the facts, and allow them to listen to your recording. Good luck!
