Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

protecive order/ restraining order

I have a restaining order filed behind my back. no one who is involved wants to explain to me why it is in place. I am forced to apply to this. none of them really care how I feel in all of this. what is your advice for me. I am really hurt by this action. they are all lying to me about it.

Get a lawyer.

I'm assuming you haven't been served with the temporary injunction ("restraining order") yet because you say you don't know what it's about. The temporary injunction paperwork will have an affidavit attached, written by the person(s) who is(are) trying to bring the injunction against you. The paperwork will be served on you soon by a deputy. Immediately take the paperwork to a lawyer, who can assist you.
