Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
Employer Making Wrongful Accusations
My employer is trying to tell me that my license was suspended last year for a duration of about two weeks, but I have given them written letters, a DMV report, and two MVR reports saying otherwise, they are threatening to demote or fire me. What are my rights?

It depends on your contract of employment. They may have the right to fire or demote you whether your lisence has been suspended or not.
