Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

question about employee discriminated

I have worked as a security officer for a major company and left for a better job opportunity. When I came back because the other job fell through I was told that I was not allowed back into the security force for the rest of my life because I was facing disciplinary action but was never told what I was facing nor did i do anything to cause it. When I went to the union advocates for the security agency what happened in an effort of getting my job back they laughed at me. I was also retaliated against because I almost got raped at work and wrote a statement to human resources because of it. I was also told that I am not mentally stable enough to work on the security force even though I have nothing wrong with me. What should I do?
