I have been trying to get SSI for my daughter whom has a IEP and suffers with AD/HD and Learning Disablilities and Delays in Developement and are getting the run around. Do you have any suggestions.

Many applications for SSI are approved on appeal. Make sure you do not miss the deadline for filing, which is written in the letter of denial that you received from SSA. You should file an appeal and can expect the best results from an attorney (legal fees for representation cost you nothing unless you win). You can also file on your own if you want to go that route.
