swimming pool installation
contract signed on december of 2007,hole dug in yard,monies paid per contract instructions,work not being done at all.paid so far $16,000,what can i do?

Hire an attorney without delay before it becomes impossible to locate the contractor or assets. The type of legal action contemplated will require representation by an attorney.
