Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Visitation rights

Does any one have an example or an illustration of a Motion for Visitation Rights for the Georgia state? I live in California but my kids reside in Georgia and I currently have no visitation rights. Can't afford a laywer so any help is appreciated.

Call the court in the county where the child lives, see if they have a facilitator or freind of court who assists or a court mediation service who will mediate by telephone. Go to library and get a phonebook or get a newspaper from that state. See if you can find an inexpensive lawyer (not a cheap lawyer). If you don't have an attorney you may need to travel to appear before the judge, which could cost you more than an attorney. Good Luck
