Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Me and my ex wife have two children. We both share joint legal custody but she has the final right to make decisions. My question is, she wants to move to Maine with the children, do I have any legal rights to keep the children in Georgia?

In most cases, moving children out of state is a material change that would trigger a parent's right to change custody or visitation. Otentime, that is enough to give the custodial parent pause in the decision to move.
