Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

debt collection - - court

What does U.R.S.C. stand for and where may I find more info online? I received a pre-trial conference date and the letter states that parties are to immediately comply with U.R.S.C. 7.2 in preparing the consolidated pre-trial order for presentation. Failure to do so shall subject parties to sanctions as provided in U.R.S.C. 14.

Thanks

U.R.S.C. stands for the Uniform Rules of the Superior (or State) Court. Rule 7 deals with pretrial conferences. Rule 7.2 deals with the pretrial order. You may read the rule at: http://www.georgiacourts.org/courts/superior/rules/rule_7.html
