Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Georgia

Hysterectomy operation

If I have gone through an operation that was suppose to involve taking out everything that is suppose to be taken out during such an operation, then afterwards the doctor informs me that one of the ovaries have been left due to the fact that it was connected to my colon. And since has caused much pain and aggravation, do you think that I would have a case against this doctor?

You do not state how or why the doctor's decision was wrong. That is the big question. A lawyer who practices in medical malpractice (not just a lawyer who solicits your case) will review your case and possibly obtain a second opinion.
