illegal consumption
i am 20 years old me and my friend got pulled over after drink my friend who is also 20 got a dui and i got an illegal consumption will i loose my licence since i am over 18???

Your license can be suspended. Get a good lawyer because illegal consumption cases can often be beat in court. Often times, young people fail to receive proper legal counsel, and make poor decisions in court. A poor decision here can follow you throughout life, so be prudent!
