Divorce In Iowa Marriage In Illiniois

If a person is to get a divorce in Iowa and is getting married in Illinois, are there any laws specifically stating a waiting period after the divorce is final in Iowa before the divorce can take place in Illinois?If so what are they?

No waiting period for divorce; however, IL marriage license may be obtained three days after application for such license.
