Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana

Situation: Husband and wife going through divorce living in the same house. Wife invites friend over to talk while husband is gone. Husband doesn't like friend. Husband returns and threatens to call police and have her arrested for trespassing. Also forbids friend from coming over and makes same threat if she does. Is this legal?

Can husband tell her to leave? Yes, there is nothing illegal about such a request. (I can tell you to leave your own house, but you don't have to listen). Can he have her arrested for trespassing? No, not if wife has said it is OK to be there.
