I had a total laproscopic hysterectomy by the DaVinci(Robot)I have a staph infection,who pays the medical bills for this?

Absent severe repercussions, you do as a medical malpractice claim would not be cost effective. However, if this was outpatient, you may be able to negotiate with the outpatient center. The same holds true for a hospital, but I would not count on any accomodation.
