Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kansas
I was admitted to falsifying my time sheet and agreed to sign pay it back. Can they charged me. They said it was going to stay within the company.

What you described, could be the basis for a criminal Prosecution. You should consult directly with a criminal defense attorney, in your area. But, based upon the agreement you aliso described, it may be unlikely that they'll report it to the Police. They probably have grounds to terminate your employment, and avoid paying unemployment.
