Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kansas
I called the cops on my bf and he was arrestec for domestic violence. We were both drinking and I overreacted when calling the cops. He was on probation for aggrevated assault in another county. I dont want hin to go to jail for his back up for this, what can i do?

You can try to recant. But, once the officers investigate, your change of mind probably won't stop what is now in motion. Help your bf get a good defense attorney.
