Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

Can spouse be removed from home

Our marriage is completely brokendown. I want my spouse to leave, but he refuses to do so. He do not work, because of a drug and alcohol problem. He is not even looking for work. He feels because I am married to him that I cannot get him out of house, even it he does not work. I really feel helpless. I pay for everything. He stay out until 5:00 in the mornings. I no longer tell him about the things he is doing, to keep auguments down. I have kids and this is really affecting my health. He has other kids and a child support obligation, which he does not care about. My income taxes have been taken at least on five occassions. I would leave the house, but the mortgage is in my name only. I cannot not afford to pay this note and pay for another place. I have very good credit and do not want my credit ruin by just leaving and not paying the mortgage. Please direct me. Thanks.
