Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland

I have to appear in court tommorow for a bogus charge that has been going on for a year now. I have two mistermeaner charges of keeping my nephew to long (he kept running away) I was not who he was with, the cops took a week to come up with charges after we had, had an argument.I cannot stand up because of back problems,They have postponed my court date 3 times non of which were requested by me, now I am in alot of pain due to a ruptured disk, can I not go and call in the morning without being arrested or do i need to go to the hospital?

I suggest that you seek medical attention immediately and that you have the hospital contact the court. If you fail to appear and contact the court yourself, then the court might not believe you, and it might issue a warrant for your arrest.
