Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland

i was stoped for trafic violation in a borowed truck my passenger had drugs on him i was taken into custody and my passenger was taken after i was already gone at the station the cop that took him found 27 grams under his car the cop came into the station and asked me if i knew about the huge bag of coke he was shaking in front of me they charged both me and the passenger with possesion with intent i have never had a drug charge he has five priors what do i do?

The first thing you do is not to discuss this case with the police, then contact a criminal trial lawyer, like myself, or contact the public defenders office to get a lawyer. Do not go to court without a lawyer.
