Name chang without permission

My exwife changed the last name of our daughter without my knowledge or consent. What can i do to reverse this action?

When your ex undertook this, you should have received some notice of the proceeding so you could participate. If you didn't, you could file a motion to reopen the case. However, even if you do this, if your ex has sole legal custody of your daughter, chances are the court will allow her to do this.
