Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland
My husband has had an affair with another women for over 2 years. I didn't file a divorce since he lost his job a year ago. We have a teenage daughter. Now he left us to another state for a job. He only gives me $500/month for child support, telling me he is doing us a favor for not selling the house. I paid first five years mortgage myself on the house before we paid jointly after he moved here. What are my options?
