Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

My ex is planning to move 4 1/2 hrs away with my kids in jan is they much chance that i will be able to stop this not only is she taking the kids far from me but the entire family on both sides and everything they have ever known i just dont see this being right for the kids she is moving on base with her marine boyfriend and will be moving again in about 2 1/2yrs so the kids would have to go through it again

You cannot prevent her from moving. However, you can file to change custody based on her move and the resulting interference with your visitation.
