Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

My son's Grandfather girlfriend it trying to sue me for babysitting. But I never agreed to pay her. I offered once but she turned it down. Now she wants to sue me because she it hurting for money.

There's no question stated. Your defense to her lawsuit would be that she gave you the babysitting services as a GIFT (which requires no repayment). She did it to help out/impress her boyfriend (your grandfather) and even once refused to take money from you when offered. You are in the right. She is in the wrong. Hopefully a judge will see that.
