Breach of Divorce Decree

My ex has currently breached the divorce decree and I want to know what options I have for civil litigation for past breaches as well.

You can file a show cause order asking that your ex be held in contempt for any breaches. It may be too late to seek relief as to ones you've ignored up until now. The court can order him/her to comply with the decree if you prove the breach.
