Legal Question in Employment Law in Maryland

I am looking at leaving my company because the job has changed from what I was orginally brought on for. My concern is that I will owe 30K in relocation payback when I leave. Is there any validation in this if they hired me for one job and did a bait and switch with me on what I am really doing?

that will depend on exactly what the contract says that you signed. You probably need to have an attorney get all the facts before you make a decision about this one.
