You may have a legal action against your employer. Employers may not impose a retaliatory action against an employee in response to a filing which is the employee's legal right to do. Feel free to contact me if you would like to discuss further.

Did they spend you because what was on your swipe card or because of your claim? You should revise your claim to include retaliation. You may need legal counsel. If you are a private employee rather than I government employee, and need additional information, please contact me. I practice in Baltimore and the Maryland/DC area.
