Legal Question in Consumer Law in Michigan
Car damaged at Sears
I went to my local Sears' store to buy a new set of tires. Lifting the car on the hoist they placed it on the floor pan, which is basically just sheet metal. The car slipped about 6 inches and put a nice size dent just in front of the back seat where your feet go. The people at sears don't feel that they are responsible. Do I have any recorse?
