Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
my husband was pulled over and arrested for a warrant involving drunk driving come to find out a cousin used his name without our knowledge. The cousin was booked and bailed out and given a court date of which he failed to appear resulting in the warrant. My husband was released after they compared prints but now we are trying to buy our son a hunting rifle and were denied after the background check. My husband has never been in trouble what can we do to clear this up?
