Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
I recently hace been arrested for misdemeanor embezzlement. I have not been convicted yet. The case is pretty cut and dry. I do not have a ciminal record and have lived a clean life. What kind of puishment can I expect? Also, how long and what will hit my criminal record? Does the arrest show up? Finally, what are my chances of getting this case sealed or expunged so it will not show up? is there some kind of program I can enter to help it from getting onto my record?
