Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

Hi, I live in Ohio and have a support order from Michigan from around 1984. My youngest child turns 28 soon. Is it true that Michigan has a statute of limitations on child support? If so, what would I have to do to enact it and stop the support order?

This matter turns on several factors. How much is owed to the State and how much to the mother? Ultimately, you are going to motion for a payment plan, and accounting. You should not be "cycling" just arrearages at this time. Call us for a free consultation. 877 887 9562
