can my divorce be modified after over 19 years to receive benefits after over 30 yrs of marriage

The wording of the Divorce Judgment/Agreement would need to be reviewed, but normally when it comes to pensions, the answer is no, as typically you waive your rights to this at the time of the divorce if you are not granted an interest at that time.
