Liabilty

I was in a local bar and was attacked and injured pretty bad I need surgery to repair my leg. Do i sue the bar or the two women who attacted me. the bar had no bouncers on duty .

Well, it's not at all clear you should sue ANYBODY, except the women who attacked you. If the bar didn't had a duty to protect you (and nothing you wrote suggests they did), then there is no reason you should sue then.

If, however, the women are guilty of assault, then you can recover some or all of the costs of your injury through the District or Circuit court (make sure you follow up on your victim's impact statement and APPEAR in court at sentencing time). This will save you a lot of money and effort.

If the women are not convicted, then you'll have to sue then for civil assault. The first thing is to get your witnesses together and get written statements from them, with good contact information. This will make things a lot easier later on.
