Driving After Revocation
I got a DUI back in May went to court, pleaded guilty and received a fine with additional punishments. 1 day before my license was valid I was pulled over for no reason and was given a court date for Driving After Revocation. The way the officer handled the situation was very unprofessional and I have many reasons for him potentially watching me for many days. Anyways my attorney told me to plead guilty with a stay of adjudication or if that is not granted then plead not guilty. What is the maximum penalty I will receive from this?

DAR is a misdemeanor, punishable by $1,000 or 90 days or both. You will also be losing your driver's license again. It's hard for me to say exactly for how long - that would depend on your record.
