termination agreement

My wife's lawyer drafted our term agreement. during this time I was laid off. should I have them redrafted with the information reading unemployeed? does this change the amount of child support? im collecting unemployment currently.

If you have been laid off and your income has been decreased, you most certainly should have the Marital termination Agreement modified to reflect current circumstances. If you do not do so, you may pay more in support that you would had your accurate employment and income been used.
